Welcome to the To Future Me website at www.tofutureme.org.au (together with any subdirectories and pages, the Site), owned and operated by Kids First Australia (trading name of Childrens Protection Society Inc. (ABN 52 303 567 862)) (Kids First). This Agreement contains the terms and conditions (Terms of Use) governing your access to and use of the Site, the To Future Me Platform (the Platform) and all applications, materials, resources and content contained within (collectively, the Services).
Your access to and use of the Services is conditional upon you agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use. By accessing any component of the Services, you warrant that you understand these Terms of Use and intend them to be the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract and equally binding, and that you accept such Terms of Use and agree to be legally bound and to abide by them without any limitation or qualification. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please discontinue your use of the Services.
Please note that Kids First reserves the right to change the Terms of Use under which the Services are extended to you. Any such change shall be effective upon notice, which may be given by Kids First posting such change on the Site, by e-mail, or any other reasonable means. If a change is notified by a posting on the Site, it shall be deemed to take effect when posted; if a change is notified by e-mail, it shall be deemed to take effect when the e-mail is sent; and if a modification is notified in any other way, it shall be deemed to take effect when the relevant notice is sent or issued by or on behalf of Kids First. Your continued use of the Services following notice of such modifications will be conclusively deemed acceptance of any changes to these Terms of Use. You agree that notice of changes to these Terms of Use on the Site, delivered by e-mail, or provided by any other reasonable means constitutes reasonable and sufficient notice.

We reserve the right to amend, delete, add to, or otherwise modify any information or materials contained in the Services at any time on reasonable notice, including these Terms of Use. It is your responsibility to monitor any such changes. If you do not accept a change made by us, to the extent permitted by law, your only remedy is to immediately cease accessing and using the Services.
We do not guarantee that the Services or any content contained within, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Services for business and operational reasons. Downloadable Resources
Where stated on this Site and the Platform, To Future Me allows you to download particular material. To Future Me conducts regular antivirus checks on all content prior to and post upload. By downloading material from this Site or the Platform, you agree to:
• when downloading material, conduct such virus scanning and other checks as may be necessary to ensure that the downloaded material will not corrupt or damage your property (including damage to software, hardware or data) or that of any other person; and
• if you provide downloaded material to another person, bring to their attention these Terms of Use (including the Copyright statement) and only provide the downloaded material to the person on the same conditions as those set out in these Terms of Use.
Login and Access
When using the Services, including logging into the Site or the Platform, you agree to take all reasonable measures to protect your credentials and identity. You will keep your account details private and not disclose any account details to any individual not authorised to receive them and will use your best efforts to protect the security of your account and portal. Access to the Platform is only permitted for the listed user of a registered account. Unauthorised, impersonated or shared access to the Services is strictly prohibited. The use of accounts, of which you are not the listed account holder, cannot be used under any circumstances. Logging into our system as another person or using an account of which you are not the listed account holder is strictly prohibited. Access to the Site and the Platform for the purpose of market research, third-party integration (including automated or manual processes) is not permitted. Under no circumstances are vendors, integrators, partners, competitors or other third party service providers permitted to login to the Platform, except for the sole purpose of accessing a student account and performing standard functions in a personal capacity.
Any identified use of generic, shared or service accounts (of which you are not a listed party) on our Platform may result in criminal, administrative or civil action being taken against you and/or the person who shared their credentials.
We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at [email protected].
All logins to the Site, including IP addresses, browser types and in some cases geographical information are recorded and such information is stored in accordance with our To Future Me Privacy Statement available at https://www.tofutureme.org.au/privacy-policy/.
Please note that you will be given access to create your login and account from the school with whom we contract to provide the Services. The school controls who may access the Platform and your account details will therefore be logged and may be monitored by the school to ensure integrity of login details on the Platform.
Guidance on setting a strong password
Your password must contain 8 characters or more and should not be one word found in a dictionary (English or foreign).
Your password should not be:
• the name of a family member, pet, friend, co-worker, fantasy character, etc;
• the name of the school;
• birthdays or other personal information, such as addresses or phone numbers;
• word or number patterns like aaabbb, qwerty, zyxwvuts, 123321, etc; or
• any of the above preceded or followed by a digit (e.g., secret1, 1secret)
Access
Once your agreed subscription period has ended with To Future Me, your access and data will be removed from the Platform. You will no longer have access to or the benefit of the Services provided once the subscription date has ended.
Privacy
‘To Future Me’ is a product of Kids First Australia (trading name of Childrens Protection Society Inc. (ABN 52 303 567 862)). Kids First respects your privacy and is bound by the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and other applicable laws that protect your privacy. Kids First will handle personal information in accordance with applicable laws and the To Future Me Privacy Statement available at https://www.tofutureme.org.au/privacy-policy/. Modifications to the service and prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Purchase of your To Future Me subscription
In order to access the Services, you must first purchase a subscription through the Site after which an account will be registered and confirmed to you via an email from [email protected].
As part of the registration process, or as part of your continued use of the Services, you may be required to provide personal information about yourself (such as identification or contact details), including:
Email address
Preferred username
Mailing address
Telephone number
Student/s details
You warrant that any information you provide in the course of completing the registration process will be accurate, correct and up to date.
Once you have completed the registration process, you will be a registered member of the Site (Subscriber) and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use.
To subscribe to the Services, the Subscriber is required to pay a once off fee for an indicated period of 12 months use.
Payment may be made by cheque, bank cheque, or by any other method as agreed between the Subscriber and Kids First.
Unless otherwise agreed the Subscription Fee includes GST, which the Subscriber is required to pay (without deduction or set off against any other amounts) at the same time and on the same basis as the Subscriber pays the Subscription Fee. In addition, the Subscriber must pay any other charges, taxes and duties that may be applicable in addition to the Subscription Fee, except where they are expressly included in the Subscription Fee.
